We have been using Build Your Firm’s website and internet marketing services since 2004 with amazing results. During the December to March period, we receive approximately 100 leads per month and 20 leads per month during April to November. From those leads, we carefully screen the prospects and are able to acquire $25,000 – $30,000 in new business each year. Occasionally, we will receive inquiries for business valuation, estate planning, and attorneys inquiring about expert witness work. The majority of our website leads tend to be younger (under 40 years old), inexperienced with financial matters, and looking for guidance on matters that they are not proficient with. They are motivated, appreciate our advice, and pretty much sold by the time they arrive to meet at our office; the choice is ours after the face-to-face whether to allow them into our practice and accept them as a client. The website provides the illusion that we are cutting edge with technology and enables us to pick and choose which new clients to accept.

The website took a few months to start delivering leads and I have been receiving 12-15 leads per year from my website. The typical website engagement is $1,200 – 3,000 per year and the normal client is small. However, I have acquired one business client from my website that yields $28,000 per year in fees.

I have been using BYF’s website and internet marketing services since 2008. We receive 8-10 leads per month from our website. The prospects that contact me from my website are absolutely worth meeting with because they are ready to do business. As a rule, the vast majority of website leads are solid businesses and my closing ratio for website leads is 90%. The speed at which they had my website ready is very impressive. After I signed the contract, they immediately contacted me for an interview to learn my focus areas. Next, there were some design decisions for me to make. And then I was amazed at how quickly Build Your Firm had a draft of my new website ready for my review. It was less than 2 weeks after initially engaging their services that my website was ready for me to see. It looked very professional. I did have some text changes that I requested and they promptly handled those changes. My website just went live last week, so it is too soon to see any internet marketing results. However, I do see my ad whenever I do a related Google search.
If you want a professional-looking website, but have no idea where to begin, how to organize it, and what to include, this is a great option for you. The fact that they write 95% of the material on the site is a huge help in getting you started too.

The content has just enough information to let the prospect know we are professional and can help, without overloading them with details. Within 60 days my web site has risen to the top 2nd or 3rd position in Google's organic search (impressive). My site has also risen to the top 1st or 3rd position in the Google "Local Business Results" for key words commonly used by prospects in my area.

Worth the money even in a small, non technical market. Have taken on several clients that viewed my site and call me immediately. The selling or sign up process was almost a sure thing when I arrived at the client's location. File transfer does not send the emails it's supposed to.
