Accounting for Jewelers

Mariel Diaz comes from a family of jewelers and worked on both the craft and sales sides, as well as tackled the accounting. While she didn't set out to start an accounting practice, she now has a virtual firm that focuses exclusively on jewelers, with a client base of small independent designers, makers and wholesalers as well as some franchises. In this episode of Accounting Marketing Doesn't Suck, host Hugh Duffy talks with Mariel about how her firm has evolved, the biggest pain points of jewelers and what marketing tactics have worked for her firm.
